"I’m literally currently bowling and i’m so upset with how the front desk lady thinks she can treat people. She is rude and absolutely so disrespectful. I will never be coming back to this place. She says she’s the hastings bowling coach and her name is coach “dee”. I just can’t fathom she would treat people the way she does. She makes people feel stupid and does it on purpose to build herself up. Disgusting."
"Get rid of the jerk in the kitchen. What a rude, rude man!! Never seen somebody treat paying customers so poorly. Here for my daughter’s school league, and all he’s done the past 2 times I’ve been here is complain about all the kids, (and the new owners)!!! These kids are trying to order food since they have been at school all day, and don’t get done with bowling until after 6. And the kitchen doesn’t open until 530. Missing out on a lot of potential money by turning all these kids away."
"Went here for my daughter's P.E field trip. Such a fun place. The guys were great with all the kids"
"Wonderful bowling alley. Very kid friendly with an arcade area, lots of delicious food including pulled pork sandwiches, and very good drink prices if you want an adult beverage. We love having a family date night at the bowling alley."
"The lane would not read when the pins were going down and we said something to a worker and she basically said we could ignore it, manually change every pin or move lanes. After the third person complained, they finally looked at the sensors and realized they weren't correct and fixed it. I don't know why they couldn't look at it in the first place but we still had fun."
