I feel better, look better and have a better mental health due to the work outs that we do everyday. The environment is welcoming and there is no judgement. It’s only 30 minutes of my time and I can modify if I need to.. come out and join the fun!! In the past 9 months, my husband has joined and I love that we can do this workout together.
