"I love this place. The owners are very personable and feel like a second family at this point. They're very encouraging and are willing to work with you, whatever the case may be. Not only do they invest their time and effort with those who go there, but they've also invested a lot in terms of updating equipment and remodeling the area. They are the only place that I know that offers so much at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!"

"This place is a hot mess. The front desk was unattended with the lights turned off when we arrived. We couldn't sign in for our class or get the required PIN to use the bathroom. We had to changed in a dark corner before meeting our confused instructor in the "Tumbling Room". He was just as surprised to see us as we were him in such a decrepit place. The guy was unexpectedly subbing for the assigned instructor, whom was also in the class which added to our confusion. The class was listed as "Spin, TRX, & Weights" but the instructor informed us it would just be spinning for 45 minutes. We could use the gym at our leisure afterwards. I wanted the group workout experience but oh-well. Its time to make lemonade. Unfortunately the instructor didn't pass that memo on to the tardy and agressive front desk attendent. We were badgered by him in the weight room after our spin class for using the ancient equipment while only paying for the class. I have worked out in all 4 corners of the world. Some places have been a real hole in the wall but nothing has been as poorly managed as this."
