"They keep refusing to cancel my service, and keep attempting to say I somehow owe hundreds of dollars in fees if THEY DO cancel even though I've taken my dog in for a SINGLE check-up with no procedures done, she was going to have a dental cleaning but couldn't because of a heart condition, so NOW they keep scheduling dental cleanings for her without my permission. This place is a plague and a pox to anyone who loves their pets and seeks the highest quality care, avoid them at all costs"

"Took my two kittens here because I needed to get them checked out during my first week after taking them home and couldn't get a basic checkup that fast anywhere that isn't a scam. They didn't do anything in the room with me and each cat was only gone maybe 5 minutes, so I doubt they actually did anything other than weigh them. The "report" they gave me had boxes for all kinds of health items for them to check and every single one was blank except the overall rating. Their weights weren't even on there. I knew they were healthy and I just needed to check the box with my rescue but I would never come back. I wouldn't put it past them to take your pet in the back for a "vaccine", do nothing, and bring them back saying they did it, happily taking your money after."

"This is the worst pet hospital I have been to. It is pretty evident that all they care about is increasing revenues, without really truly caring for the pet. They do not have any protocols to help the dogs that come in to feel a little at ease, and the vet technicians are not competent in how to approach a dog or care for them. Additionally, they expect you to drop off your dogs for hours on end for a routine check up. Even after telling them that my dog is a bit anxious - we dropped her off at 8am and picked her up at 5:30pm. She wasn't examined until 5:20pm, and we had told about a bump on her paw, which the doctor said "she couldn't find". We went to another vet and our dog had to have surgery to get it fixed, and the folks at Banfield couldn't even spot the bump. What a waste of my time. The most rude staff and incompetent set of employees. Will never be going back."

"Dr Duran is always amazing kind and patient. The vaakira griffin was kind and patient w my dog who is a 110 lb jerk and treats him like the puppy je will always b to me... Lillian allman has a same breed dog as me and she makes me feel good. I love this place. Aaaand the door to the vets is seperate from the store and they help me bring in my dog without other dogs nearby. They work with me."

"I am incredibly disappointed in the way they handled my emergency phone call today. I had taken my cats in a few weeks ago to get their yearly exam done, first time here. We loved the vet & the experience of that day, at that appointment we had expressed to our vet how we wanted to take our cats to the Warren clinic for their shots as it was more cost effective then the hundreds of dollars they wanted to charge us. Our vet approved of this and told us it would be no problem at all. The day of the clinic rolls around today, everything went smoothly I get home and my cats start vomiting. I called my vet as I was directed of signs of a reaction occur and they turned me away since the shots were not done with them. The receptionist told me they had no record of this convo between the vet, keep in mind she NEVER even asked my name or any information so hard to know whether there is a note or not on the subject. If you are not in the business to help your clients when their pet is in need then you should not be in business. I am so incredibly disappointed."
