"12/2023 UPDATE -- Bridget is AMAZING! My dog tends to be anxious and she practically ran back there when Bridget called to her. Much better experience this time around.... but Bridget cannot leave! ;) I paid $28 extra for a "Halloween package" that was supposed to include special shampoo, teeth brushing, pumpkin spice spritz (not done), and nail buffing (not done). When I called to complain about the fact that my dog's nails were NOT BUFFED (normally an additional $10 charge I believe), I was told to bring my dog back the next day (the day after Labor Day). I work and cannot just drop my dog off during the new grooming hours. Having working in customer service for many years, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that this error on their part was placed on ME the customer! Normally, the consumer is offered something for their inconvenience. Searching for a new groomer now. :("

"There was no wait at check-in or check-out even though salon was very busy. The service associates were friendly. They did an exceptional job grooming my dog, buffing her nails and brushing her teeth. And she was ready for pick up right at the time they told me she would be. I will definitely go back to the salon."
