"I was on vacation in Boyne and had a 100 mile Ironman training ride to do but had a major issue with my bike. I called North Country Cycle 20 minutes before they closed on a Saturday evening and they told me to bring the bike in. I arrived after closing hours, they let me bring the bike in, and promised to work on it Sunday morning so I could complete my ride. Instead, the owner stayed late, fixed the problem, and called me to come get the bike before I even made it back home that evening. On top of that, he charged me a minimal repair fee when I was prepared to pay five times that much for the effort! One simply does not find this kind of service nowadays - they are the best!!!"
