"What outdoor outfitter has an issue with allowing a bike without a lock to sit inside for two minutes? I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you are an actual outdoor enthusiast, find a place that has employees that reflect what they are selling. Patagonia and North Face are only cool if you are destroying them OUTSIDE. The customer service, the attitudes, and the judgement are beyond disgusting."
"I came here from out of town, and thought that it looked really cute so I wanted to shop here. There were 20 minutes left for the store to be open, however, the door was shut and the girl was vacuuming and closing down the store. I stood in front of the door because she still had 20 minutes to stay open. She hesitated to let me in but eventually did. Good thing because I loved their stuff and she made a good sale to say the least."
