"I called back in mid-June for an appointment for my dog. I was told July would be no problem. I played phone tag with the receptionist for a few months and when I'd get a hold of them she would tell me each time that my dog was still on the list. I called back a few more times, left voicemails, and never heard back from them."

"If you care about your animals this is not the place for you! Everyone who worked their seemed to have an attitude for no reason. I got my kitten spayed and they cut off her bottom two nipples! They didn't even tell me I found out when I brought her home and they were bleeding the tips were cut off completely! They also don't tell you about the tattoo (which is completely unnecessary) they don't phone you to let you know how your pet is doing during or after surgery just a cold demeanor saying drop off and pick up times. They didn't wipe the gunk off my cats eyes after surgery it doesn't seem like they took good care of her at all. The ONLY positive about this place is it's cheap! But I guess you get what you pay for. If you love your pets and think of them as family I'd skip this place."
