"Showed up before they Closed and they had the gates closed. Then told my they closed because it would take too long to help me. I got there before you closed, I need my meds, but they told me to call my doctor and have the scrip sent somewhere else. I will never use this location again. After talking with the store ops manager the pharmacist told me he could send it. Why didn't he recommend this to begin with. Do your damn job."
"Pharmacy is kinda rude and lazy. I tried to fill a medicine 10 minutes before closing and they said no. Even though I was already on there system and not a new customer. So I went across the street and they took care of me at closing time plus i had to sign up as a new customer. Also cvs would call and tell me my prescription is ready, when it wasn't. Making me waste trips to the store. Photo department is just as bad. I waited at the photo center for quite some time and no one saw me. Went to the cashier and she says let me finish checking everyone out and I'll be over. She grabbed my pictures and only had half my order. I told her I have email confirmation that both orders were ready. She told me to resubmit my order. So I left and she called me saying she found my order. I'm gonna let them eat the cost of that for wasting my time. Guess where I brought my photos to? Across the street. Cvs needs better trained employees and better management."
