"Doesn’t seem like they actually want to talk to people on the phone, just use a texting system, which is extremely difficult to have a conversation with especially when they don’t seem to fully read your information. If you can’t get my dogs information right, especially how old he is when needing to be a certain age for something, then I certainly doubt your ability to provide proper medical care."
