She made me feel less self conscious and accepted for what I could do. Feeling good about doing yoga is reinforced by each of the instructors. Each of the instructors is friendly, positive and very encouraging! The studio is warm, welcoming and extremely clean. There are numerous opportunities to take a yoga class- early morning and evening. Classes are also offered online which is wonderful. You still get the outstanding instructors but in your own home. Overall this is a excellent studio with great instructors and reasonably priced!"
