"Night attendant is extremely rude! Unbelievable! Both nights we stayed with different attendants. The day crew was nice. No bar anymore. Never going to return!"

"Heater in room was loud, and seemed to run a little warm. View outside was beautiful, with snow covering the water. Great location if you're snowmobiling. Breakfast was fine - no complaints."

"It was a really clean room. There was some frustration over the price we paid per night. We have been told repeatedly about stay 4 nights get 5th night free. No such luck for us. Continental breakfast was fabulous and the staff was pretty friendly."

"VERY clean! It’s apparent that their housekeeping crew takes pride in their work because it definitely shows! The young lady that ran the breakfast area was busy at work keeping food stocked and tables cleaned and ready for the next guests. The night and morning clerks were very friendly and accommodating. Super comfortable beds and awesome pillows! The rooms are more modern than what is pictured online. I’m guessing there was a remodel and the pics just haven’t been updated on their website yet. One reviewer commented on the toilet height being too short and that Ramada would never have their business again because of it PLUS gave them only a two star rating, however this was unwarranted because it’s just a standard toilet height. So many positives outweigh the negatives. This property is about the details. I hope that whomever is leading this crew is treating them well because it’s definitely deserved!"
