"I've had the Forge many times and have always had phenomenal food. The brisket loaded tots are amazing and my go to. I mixed it up and got the Mac and Cheese and was surprisingly underwhelmed for how amazing everything else is. It was a little cold and the noodles seemed a little undercooked. The flavor was also very meh. You guys gotta get the Mac up to par with everything else!"

"food was delicious and service was even better. they were out of brisket but the burgers were perfectly cooked and flavorful. the tater tots are like giant fluffy deep fried mashed potato spheres. who doesn’t love deep fried potatoes. didn’t catch the name of the lady on the front register but she definitely won the employee of the year in my book. when she brought us our food she mentioned that she had accidentally dropped a tater tot (which we likely wouldn’t even have noticed) and fried one more fresh to make up for it and also gave us a free dessert because they had run out of brisket. went back the next day for brisket before they could sell out."

"Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The brisket loaded fries were fabulous. I made the mistake of trying to split both with my husband and then decided to order both for myself. Delicious and quick. Definitely will be back when we come back to visit"

"Place is very clean. Lots of seating for a smaller shop. They were out of brisket so we got a burger, burger bowl and a pulled pork sandwich and Mac and cheese. All I can say is yum!!! We will be back. Highly recommended. Edit: Got the brisket plate today. WOW that was fantastic. I lived in Texas for 2 years and this beats every place down there that I went to. And I'd you like coleslaw, do yourself a favor and get it. The Granny Smith apples bring it up a new level."
