"Sadly I can't finish my degree because the rest of the classes I need aren't offered in the AM and theyre only offered in Highland Lake (50min away). Not enough online options. The financial aid office is a joke. Rude and unhelpful. Some of the teachers are great, but make sure you check rate my professor ...some are just plain awful."

"Spoke with a financial aid representative trying to understand a process with funding and she had an awful attitude. She HUNG UP on me when I told her it sounded like she had an attitude with me and told me to call again when I requested someone new to talk to. YOU WORK FOR A SCHOOL. Why are you there if you don’t actually want to help students?? Just ridiculous...."

"The issue with this school is that if you drop a class for emergency reasons and provide documentation they don't care. They don't care about student's economic situations and emergencies all they care about is to make money out of us. I liked the school for the professors and some of the employees, but after this happened to me where they declined my refund for a class I dropped 8 days after the deadline due to an emergency it's very dissapointed. 0 stars, I now hate this school because of this, it showed me that they are after money and not because they care about their atudents."

"I was one day late returning my books. I communicated to the bookstore. They charged my debit card for new books even though the books i rented were used. There are good instructors here, and not so good instructors. There isn't a good student advocacy program here. They give you a piece of paper to voice concerns."

"Really nice campus with plenty of parking. I took summer courses which saved a ton of money and the credits transferred to my college easily. All of the teachers were kind and helpful. Rooms were kept nice and cool despite the hot summer days."
