"Worst experience ever at this Dunkin’ ! I used to come to this Dunkin back in high school like everyday . Now this is terrible ! Today i went to Dunkin and asked for 2 glazed and 2 chocolate with sprinkles he gives me two strawberry and vanilla with chocolate frosting . Not what I ordered so I get back in line and wait my turn all over again . When he gets to me he decided to turn away and they to finish drink orders like he don’t see me standing there with the wrong order . I had to step up and say excuse me you given me the wrong order he going to say “ shhh “ and snatched the bad and give me ONLY TWO GLAZED DONUTS!! I will not be returning to this establishment I hope someone owns this business and gets some new staff ."

"The Indian man at the speaker and window TERRIBLE from a hospitality standpoint. He puts such little effort in his job that you cannot hear him at the speaker and is terrible in person at the window. No smile, no greeting, no total for your order, no thank u and no receipt unless u tell him to give u one! Get him out of direct contact w your customers!"

"This location has seriously bad customer service. You walk in to place your order and have to wait 10-15 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge that you’re there. Then you have to wait an additional 15-25 minutes to get your food. Plan on 25-45 minutes just for a small order. Do not go here if you don’t have time to wait."

"Very friendly customer service. Unfortunately though my mobile order was placed early today for pick-up at the end of the day, they did not set aside the donuts to fill it. More than 2/3 of my order had to be replaced with alternatives. The cashier suggested some changes to the order and the Team gave me some extra Munchkins."

"What I got vs. What I ordered. It's just a foam texture with no flavor I had to throw it in the trash. Almost every single time I've ordered from this location they didn't send the right items or just missed items entirely."
