Tropical Smoothie Cafe

"Was at this establishment in the morning and was NOT greeted. The cashier was robotic no conversation whatsoever. I waited for my food and watched her call out for help at the counter for one individual although she left me standing there when i came in and didn’t say I’ll be with you in a moment. She engaged in a conversation with other customers and was friendly. When my order was complete she put my order on the counter and turned and said have a nice day with her back facing me. This is the second time this establishment has been unfriendly towards people of color. I will not spend my money someplace that treats me like that based on my skin color or hair style. I will continue to use gas to travel to different locations until this location treats ALL races and waits on ALL races equally . Good shakes and nice environment but terrible and racist customer service ."

"Hi I placed a pick up order yesterday and didn’t realize until I got home I was given the wrong smoothies. I called back and was told I would get contacted back about a refund but have not been contacted. If that’s able to be processed I would appreciate it it’s just crazy when you guys aren’t busy and it’s so expensive for a single smoothie."

"Clean and staff is very nice. I'm a little annoyed that the online ordering for pickup limits hours somedays, and it isn't the best when I pay $7 for a smoothie and they don't give me a full cup (see photo of what i received...happens every once in a while, enough that I think next time I will ask them to make me a new one) but delicious and nice when you want a quick pick me up!"

"Smoothies are always good. Decided to try a grilled cheese. I thought it was a panini-type grilled cheese on sourdough because the picture above it showed panini grilled cheese specials. However, it looked like this and was terrible. I can make a better one at home. I was prepared to pay more than 5$ for a panini, but this is a rip off."
