"We are fairly new to Michigan. I chose this office due to the proximity to our home. I wish I would've done a little more research before scheduling our first appointments. My family and I only went to two appointments each at this office. Our first visit 3 out of 4 of us in our family were told we needed to have cavities filled or crowns needed to be done. We are very good about going to our dentist appointments. We've never missed a cleaning. We were shocked to find out that almost all of us had issues that needed to be addressed. My daughter also needed to have her bottom retainer reglued to the back of her bottom teeth. She's had this done one other time at a different office and the charge was $50. When she had it done at this office we were charged almost $400!! She was back there for 3 maybe 4 minutes. The dentist who was working was not our regular dentist. It was an old guy, who did a terrible job. He glued her teeth together and she was in pain. We had to take her back to the office to have the glue removed. We expressed our concern about the cost to the front office. They had the "manager" look at the bill and she claimed it was a set corporate cost. We still didn't feel good about it, so I called several offices in Michigan, plus several in other states. I couldn't find a single office that charged over $75 to reglue a bottom retainer. The dishonesty was the deciding factor for us to move on to a new office. I'm happy to report that our new dentist can't seem to find the cavities that were found at this office. Nor can he find crowns that need to be replaced or teeth that need crowns in general. I've never been this disappointed by a professional office before. My advice to anyone reading this is to do your homework and look at reviews before making a snappy decision when it comes to your health and the health of your family."
