"Was unable to make an appointment due to sudden emergency, attempted to call the office several times to inform them of the situation (no answer upon multiple attempts), and then was told that due to the fact that I missed the appointment that I was unable to make due to said emergency that the Dentist has decided to no longer allow for me to have appointments here. I generally do not like being the guy to leave bad reviews but thought this was pretty ridiculous considering that there isn’t any sort of chain of missed appointments in this scenario and that I even tried to follow through to inform them which most patients probably would not do. 1 star all the way."

"So happy to have found this dentist! The staff are so kind and the office is very neat and clean! April was so caring and made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She definitely took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Hewell is just as wonderful. She took the time to answer any questions I had and is very meticulous. Although I have no issues at the moment with my teeth it makes me so relieved that if I do I know I will be in great hands!! It’s hard to find a great dentist and I’ve definitely found mine!"
