ITS Service Desk

The ITS Service Desk at UM-Dearborn, located on Richard Drive in Dearborn, Michigan, is dedicated to providing technology support and services to faculty, staff, and students. They are responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, offering support for classroom and office computing, managing custom development services, and collaborating with campus partners to enhance the use of technology in line with the institution's mission.

The ITS Service Desk can help with uniqname and password issues, providing access to computer labs, wireless networks, and email systems for current students, faculty, and staff. Tech Shop offers academic pricing on desktops, laptops, tablets, and other technology needs for home use. Software can be purchased online, over the phone, or at one of the Tech Shop locations.
