Urology Clinic at Mott Children's Hospital

"Horrible front desk ! Rude , with zero compassion I will never go back here Super disappointed in what U Of M is turning into with patient care and consideration for the people . I have never been so mad in my life , from the disrespectful comments to the rolling eyes, I was beside myself I even lost my own patience with this front desk. I work with three doctors myself, and have never seen anything like this. Now my own personality may have got a little out of hand, but that was due to the lack of respect I was receiving back I was only dishing out the way that I was being treated at this visit check in This ruined my entire day and I’m also mad at myself for allowing it to do that to me. I will be moving myself away from U Of M completely moving forward. When people go to a visit at a hospital, typically they’re nervous they’re worried and what they need back from a front desk is compassion and consideration to make the situation better and calm and allow your opinions to feel considered invalidated the front desk at the urology failed this part of patient service. If I’m being honest disappointed is an understatement"
