"Long waits. Cancels your appointments on you.. I have been waiting months for an appointment for my child and the day of I call while on my way there to double check because they never called me like they usually do. Come to find out that they canceled my child’s appointment and booked it with someone else. They claimed it’s because they called to verify and I never confirmed . Kinda hard to confirm when they don’t call your phone number. They called the wrong number and this is not the first time they have done this to me. I don’t understand what’s so hard about calling the right number. And for me to have to wait another 5 months for their next opening for a cavity filling is ridiculous when it is all their fault"

"PLEASE READ..... I CALLED THE POLICE ON THIS PLACE. I went there with my son and my sister, who has Down syndrome. When they completed my son's teeth, the older doctor, whatever his name is, told my son, "No, he can't have a toy, "bc he got off the chair to wash his teeth. Of course, a child doesn't know that he should not wash his teeth. When it came to a turn for my sister, of course, she struggled. After a couple of tries to get her on the chair, the dentist walked towards the door and opened the door, and said, "Lady, you don't get the right to behave that way. The whole time I thought ok, maybe he was having a bad day, but after he screamed at my sister, who, of course, did not understand, I realized that these guys SHOULD Of NEVER BEN PLACED TO WORK WITH KIDS. Please do not bring kids to this place."

"I've been taking my children here for about 2yrs now. I have never had any issues with anyone, the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Merritt-Brooks knows her work. I highly recommend this place!"

"I don’t recommend this dentist office. I made my daughter appointment 3 months prior to her appointment!! Her appointment was at 2:10pm was in the waiting room for a whole hour before the front desk called me up to the desk and told me it will be another 45 minutes wait. Then a hour passed. My child did not get seen til after 5pm, yes I did say something cause my child was in pain I sit there as patient as I could. Then they took me back to a separate room. Nd still waiting. After 30 minutes they came got her. To Put her crowns on her tooth. And after another hour we was sent on are way. Two weeks later my daughter got a abscess on her gums right next to where the crowns was placed. I called and I was informed that they won’t be seeing her no more cause I (her mother) was being belligerent… but what I don’t get if I was being belligerent hostile and aggressive why did they proceed to still visit my daughter. That day."
