"I've been coming to Marinette county every year for vacation since I was 6 years old. I am now 40. This year on 7-20-2019 I was here on vacation and driving around enjoying my day and a tornado hit. Trees were down everywhere and it was total chaos. My family and I were caught in the middle of it and we're terrified and trying to get back to our camp. In all of the chaos I accidentally ran a stop sign that was covered up by trees and low and behold there was a cop that was just waiting for people to run it to give them tickets and make revinue for the city instead of helping their citizens in their time of need. So I received a 200$ ticket and have to take some online classes. Complete scam!!!! Your police are the absolute scum of the earth!!!!!!!! I will never again in my life come to your county and spend my hard earned money again. 34 years I spent money in your towns and shops. But never again!!!! Not worth being scammed. And not to mention the millions of ticks that are everywhere that you can not avoid. I would give you negative ten stars if I could. Very unsatisfied!!!! Crooked azz police!!!!!"

"DON"T DIE IN MARINETTE COUNTY!!! My daughter recently passed away. The sheriff insisted that she was homeless - she wasn't. She lived on Provencher Rd. All of her personal property was taken from the home by someone who took it into MI. I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. Her personal papers, social security info, her daughter's social security info, her deceased father's info ALL in the hands of someone who shouldn't have them No one knows where her purse is -yet they knew she was an organ donor - how does that work??? The DAs office won't return phone calls, and the detective accused me of being irate - I was crying and begging for information of my child. The worst experience I've ever had. DON'T DIE IN MARINETTE COUNTY!"
