"This office and its support staff have deteriorated across recent months. Our dog is currently suffering from an allergic flare up and we called seeking a refill for his paw medicine in the morning hours today. The office staff was very rude in the interaction and stated we were "like the 50th refill" and "if we get to it today." We called back to make sure we could get our poor pups medicine on Saturday, while they are open for prescription pickup only, but were told "we didn't get to it, you'll have to wait until Monday" In our follow up call the office staff even indicated that there are many others that also won't be getting prescriptions this weekend. Very disappointing."
