"Dr. Charles has always been compassionate, considerate, present and caring to me. He has been there for me even when I was is St. Lucia when I had a corneal abrasion (gave a referral of an ophthalmologist in St. Lucia!!!). When I had hearing loss, he got me in to see an ENT doctor that same day!!! And when my husband had a health scare, he was there for him immediately. As far as his tremor, we should not be judgmental to anyone, including a physicians, when they are faced with physical challenges. It has not affected his clinical judgment. I would highly recommend him."
"Unprofessional inconsiderate shakes like a leaf. Not concerned. not compassionate. Ready to retire. Do not see him as a Interest. Vicky his head nurse excellant. Staff nasty crude uncaring. Never responded to me after mini stroke. Cruel. Evidently because of insurance concerns. Wish I could see hom in court. Do not see this man. He will have a student do his work. SAD. Just retire soon. You are buened out ."
