"Easy to make an appointment through the website. The receptionists are very friendly and answered professionally all my questions. The appointment was on time with no waiting time. The optician who examined me first was very professional and polite. The assistant who performed some eye tests and she was also professional and polite and clarified any questions I asked. Dr. Gibbs is also polite, friendly and professional and she understood the issue with my right eye and she explained it to me so it was easy to understand it. The eyes test process was easy to follow, she was careful when she had to spray some drops in my eyes, in order to perform her examinations. The lady who took care of my prescription and my glasses order was also very friendly and professional and the sign off process was easy and fast. My glasses were ready in two weeks as promised. However, this wait time to pick them up should be improved. In general, I highly recommend the Henry Ford Optim Eyes Center in Troy."

"Dr. Balcueva is very professional and always takes care of patients with high quality. His prescription is perfectly fits my eyes. Also, he is very patient to check my eyes and explains the situation to me and answer to all my questions. I strongly recommend him to everyone. Optician, Robin, except for her high quality of service, was very patient to help me choose the frame, explained to me about the multi-focused lenses. To make sure I could get the best result, she discussed with the doctor and the manager about the prescription and types of lenses. Also, she helped figure it out my insurance that benefits to me. The doctor that did my exam was also very very nice and gave great advice about contacts and my hope of future wear. Jason the young man assigned to help me find glasses was so sweet. Even though I did not find a pair, I appreciate that he did not try to push a sale on me I did not want. So thank you for that. Overall it was a wonderful experience."
