Surgery and medication avoidance being a high priority for me, I was referred for McKenzie method therapy, and selected Ron Clinton. I was functional, but very uncomfortable, and moving into retirement. I wanted to set myself on a path for improved posture, reduced pain, and increased strength, range of movement and flexibility. In 10 sessions with Ron, I was well on the road to achieving my goal. I left Ron's practice nearly pain-free, armed with an exercise plan that builds on the progress I had made.
