"I have been going to this office for over 10+ years now. I’ve never had a great experience here- from the medical attendants being rude and condescending to my doctor taking an hour or longer to see me at each visit. I’m going to find a new PCP. I cannot constantly wait hours at a doctors office for a 10 minute visit, I’m sorry but your scheduling needs help. Today I was told that if I cannot wait I can go up to the front desk and check out and reschedule. The medical attendant continued on to say that the doctor is thorough and takes her time with patients…. Then don’t overbook her! I work in a medical facility and we never make patients wait this long. Bedside manner, patient relations, time management and many more things need a lot of help at this office."

"Dr. Lisa Langenberg is the best, but it’s becoming a major headache dealing with the rest of this office. My appointment was scheduled for 6:20pm and the doctor came in after 7:40pm. I don’t blame her for being late, as I’m sure it was out of her control. But for the receptionists to not call me and tell me I can come in an hour later shows their clear disregard for anyone’s time. My dentist and dermatologist both call me if my appointment is even supposed to be 20 minutes late, let alone 80 minutes late. To make matters worse, this isn’t even the first or second time I had to wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time in the last 4 visits. On top of that, it was such a headache to even get into the building to begin with. Due to Covid procedures, I was told to call when I arrived in the parking lot. I called when I pulled up and they said I could come inside. Then I walked up to the door and it was locked. I called them back 5+ times and now the automated voice message system was suddenly saying the office was closed when it wasn’t. Finally someone came out after 18 minutes of me standing in the parking lot to open the door and say “why didn’t u just open the door, it’s definitely not locked” when it was. After she tried it for herself, she became very quiet but still not apologetic. As if I’d stand in the parking lot for 20 mins just for fun after being told I could come up. Maybe coming down to check on me after 5-7 minutes would’ve been logical, instead of 18 minutes. There’s only so long that I can put up with the logistical nightmare of this office just because of how great Dr. Langenberg is. That one factor can only carry so much weight."

"I would give zero stars if it wasnt for the doctor being nice. When I have an appointment scheduled I get there early yet have to wait over 3 hours after the appointment time to be called to the back and seen. And this is not the first time. The wait to be seen is horrendous and unacceptable. My children used to see dr. Valka there and when she transferred, against my better judgment I kept this office as my children's Family Physician, however I can no longer accept that it takes 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time to even be called to the back room not even to see the doctor, for that you have to wait at least another hour. I am now looking for a new physician for my children because this is unacceptable. People cannot take off an entire do work and have their children missing entire day of school for an appointment that is scheduled at 10 a.m."

"Put up with terrible office staff for years because I loved Dr. Valka. She's no longer there and when you call to make an appointment they tell you she's "no longer practicing" and hang up. Won't schedule you with another doctor for at least 10 months. I'll never go here again!!"

"I love all the physicians here. They are generally good at getting you in close to you're appt. time with out long waits. The office staff is friendly. They try to be accomidating as far as getting you in for sick appts. Dr. MacIntyre is my favorite, she listens, takes her time to explain everything and always follows up concerns with a specialist instead of just "waiting to see" like other doctors I have heard of."
