"I called to schedule a new patient appointment and Robyn was not very kind or helpful, more like snarky and curt. I explained I had recent, abnormal MRI results of my brain and cervical spine and described the concerning neurological symptoms I am experiencing. My PCP, who ordered the diagnostics, recommended I find a neurologist. He issued a general referral with no specific doctor listed and told me to find one I preferred. I conveyed this information to Robyn. I also explained that my close friend said this was the absolute best place to go if I needed to see one. Robyn kept asking me what doctor they met with and I could not remember at the time of the call. I apologize, memory loss is a symptom I am struggling with. I even offered to call back when I found out. This seemed to be the peak of her frustration with my call as she snapped at me to tell her my name. That was the final turn off for me and I told her nevermind. I would love to have given this practice my business. I will not though. My call was apparently too taxing for Robyn to take the time to help me without huffing and sighing audibly through the receiver like I was an inconvenience. Bad reception is bad for business."
"Nancy and the receptionist where so pleasant. The whole staff was so fast and professional had a shoulder MRI made me so comfortable. update!! Had another Mri on my neck and staff was so accommodating thank you again Nancy!!"
"I’m not even a patient here (yet) and I just want to give a shout out to Robyn who helped me at the front desk today. I was beyond frustrated and overwhelmed after dealing with Henry ford all morning and Henry ford was basically refusing to send my referral to this location because they are ‘out of network’ but their in-network doctors couldn’t see me until January. I had an injury a couple months ago and have been having issues ever since. I walked into their office today in tears because I didn’t know how I could get the help I needed when Henry ford was refusing to send the referral form. Robyn was at the front desk and was very compassionate and patient with me. She listened to everything I had to say and she went above and beyond to help me. She even called over to my primary with Henry ford herself and was able to request a referral. I really appreciate the fact that this office was willing to go above and beyond for someone who isn’t even their patient yet. Most offices I have visited through Henry ford would have just shrugged me off or told me to go to ER. So again, a huge thank you to Robyn for taking the time to help me when I felt so hopeless. ❤️"
"I have nothing but great things to say about this office, doctor and staff! The staff was extremely nice and I have always been in and out in under an hour. Dr. Goldberger and Elizabeth were my doctors and they were great. Dr. Goldberger was nice and answered any questions I had. Elizabeth is awesome, friendly, helpful and listens and explains things easily. I had my C-6 Disc replaced. The before care and constant contact, updates and information given to me up to my surgery was impeccable. After care was great. I had little to pain (probably cause the 3 days following my surgery my wife followed the pain meds to a T) but after that it was not bad. The only discomfort I really had was trying to get comfortable wearing the neck brace. The At Home care after surgery was great. The nurse was very friendly, happy and easy to have a conversation with. She also answered questions I and my wife had. The At Home PT I had was a great guy, again friendly, helped me understand what I should be doing In between appointments and was very helpful. The follow up appointments after surgery have been great. I know probably in the next 5-7 years I’ll have to have my C-7 disc replaced and also if the arthritis in my neck gets worse by then have that worked on as well. I can honestly say that I feel completely comfortable with knowing they will be doing my next one. Thank you for everything and also I was on 7 ish pills a day now I’m down to taking a Motrin or norco maybe once or twice a week!"
"The 1st time I went there, the doctor I was given didn't handle my issue, he sent me to another doctor in the practice a few weeks later. He told me I wouldn't be billed and told the nurse. I went though the check out and she told me I didn't owe anything and gave me an appointment with another doctor. when i got there i was asked for my copay. I paid it. Things didn't work out with that doctor either. They are just way to busy. 2 months later I got a bill for the other appt copay. i called and tried to talk to someone. i wrote a letter to billing, still i kept getting bills. Now it's on my credit report. you are in the waiting room forever, front desk staff are rude.Doctor spent maybe 5 minutes with me. All he did was order expensive test (they happen to have their own MRI) and other therapy. I went elsewhere, to a doctor who explained to me about my coma and what we can do to get me better. Billing is also very very rude!!"
