"I would give zero stars if I could. First and foremost, I’ve had two family members who worked here and neither lasted for more than 3 months. Where do I even start, let’s begin with the highly unprofessional staff. They are notorious for creating work place drama, sleeping on night shifts, smoking marijuana on the job, using the company vehicles un permitted, someone even got into an accident while taking the car a night without permission.. Clients aren’t properly cared for. There was a client removed from the home on Euclid. Due to medical management administering medications that doctors ordered to discontinue. Which triggered a seizure and altered his behavior. After he came back, they continued to give him the medicine which sent him to the hospital AGAIN.. which resulted in the family removing them. Staff has been aggressive; both verbally and physically to consumers with high level behaviors. Etc. The “CEO” or owner Bianca Wilson, and I use that term very loosely, has a “long handled spoon” approach to managing staff. She is not directly involved and out of touch with the day to day dealings of the homes. When she’s called to, and that’s only after something with staff, consumers, etc. she has a condescending way of telling staff how to change things. By insulting the way they speak, siding with the individuals who cause work place drama, and constantly reiterating that she’s the “CEO” and how she’s too busy to be dealing with matters within her own company. There’s a high turnover rate with management and staff. Partially, due to them not properly venting employees. They WITHHOLD PAYMENT if you are on the “audit list” for documentation.. A former manager spring of last year, was involved in an alleged murder case. Causing immediate staffing disruption. I could go on and on, this is place despicable and a disgrace to the care home industry. DO NOT send your loved ones here. They do not care; it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you care about working with special needs clients or have a passion for it. Don’t waste your time applying to this place. You’re better off reporting them to the BBB."

"READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR A JOB HERE: Idk what is going on with this place but it is shady. I should have looked at the reviews on indeed before I applied. Do that first before you apply, and also read this: I had someone named Michelle contact me for a “phone interview”. She just talked to me on the phone for literally 2 minutes, all she said was “can you handle being punched, kicked, and cussed out by our clients?” Didn’t ask me anything about my experience or education or why I even wanted the job. I made it pretty clear on the call that I wasn’t going to be moving forward due to pay and the fact that they do not offer benefits despite what it said on the job posting on indeed but did tell her I would keep them in mind and kept it very polite. I then get a text the next day from “Michelle” saying that I had a “derogatory result from CPS and she would not be moving forward with employment”. As someone who has worked with children for many years, and babysits children with special needs I almost threw up when I saw that text. She then proceeded to tell me CPS would be sending me a letter in the mail and that they would be closed until Tuesday but I could try to call them then for more information. After some questioning from me she finally texts me back and says “so sorry this was not meant for you please accept my apology”. #1……. Why are you even texting someone you don’t even know very serious allegations that can ruin someone’s life with little to no information?! And #2…. Don’t you think if you are going to text someone that you should probably double check you are texting the correct person? I’m honestly disgusted by this and ended up blocking her number bc I was so uncomfortable and uneasy about the entire situation. If you have a passion for working special needs people and you take your job seriously and take pride in what you do, do not even bother applying here bc there is something shady and odd going on."

"Worst company I have ever worked for. They withhold employees paychecks for faults of other employees not doing their jobs correctly but you are supposed to have sympathy of their big work load. Residents are not properly cared for and are refused to leave their house due to their understaffing and lack of company making sure the home vehicles having gas. I would not recommend this company to job seekers or or as a placement for a disabled loved one."

"Terrible Company. Staff neglects the consumers they are employed to assist and care for. No regular hygiene, seldom clean anything in the homes and residents are left alone in their rooms day in and day out. Very dishonest staff and management. How companies that neglect the people they are paid to care for can get away with what this company does is beyond me. My dogs get treated better than this company treats their consumers."

"Im a father with a child with special needs and I would never recommend anyone to put there child in the hands of this company. They never take the consumers out and hire staff members that have very little knowledge of adults with disabilities and experience. The managers are all rude and they treat the staff like they are so much better. Find your family a better company to look after them because this company is terrible and the co workers all know it. If you just want your family member sitting inside then go with this poorly ran company that cant even pay their employees overtime. Instead they rather have your children get used to people that come and go instead of the co workers that actually build bonds with the consumers and really show the consumers that they care. This company deserves 0 stars .."
