"Without exception, everyone we've encounterd at the infusion center has treated us very well. They are respectful and supportive. The schedulers and reception ladies have been very accomodating, always trying to coordinate my wife's appointments around her radiation and other Dr. appointments. The nurses and NA's are skilled and specialized at what they do. I appreciate the compassion they've shown us at this difficult time. ."
"Nurses are outstanding with their care. But the scheduling staff are lacking training in empathy and kindness. It's a shame that some people are allowed to work in the medical field, in particular this infusion center having zero customer service and empathy towards the patients that are trying to call and schedule their torture infusions. First try, the lady had zero idea what medication I was coming in to receive, which made me very uncomfortable to even schedule it. To which she started to repeat herself slowly as of that would help me understand her lack of knowledge in the technology field. Today I get another lady that was the rudest ever, repeatedly and loudly responding as if that would get her point across better. Beaumont, please retrain these ladies or relocate to another unit. This is an infusion center, look at the purpose of this place and we're coming in for. It's hard enough as is, we don't need rudeness or attitude."
"The nurses are phenomenal. Always kind. I love them all. My issue is with the receptionist who checks you in check in. She's very unpleasant. It's hard for anyone who has to come and get treatment. The first person you see is her. She doesn't greet you with kindness. That sometimes sets the tone for how you are going to feel once you get to the back. No one should walk in the center and not feel welcome or not met with compassion. My request would be fir a supervisor to address her about her demeanor. It's not a good look at all. People are fighting for their lives and that should not be something that they should have to deal with when checking in. The schedulers are kind and why she not be heald to that standard."
