"BEWARE: The place was clean and nice. HOWEVER>>> Our doctor performs his procedures here. Our doctor accepted our insurance. Rochester Endoscopy accepted our insurance. THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST DID NOT. We were never informed and received a surprise bill from the anesthesiologist! Had we not done our homework to find that this was illegal, we would have had to pay the whole amount. It took us 2 months to resolve this with the help of our insurance company."
"This is the absolute worse medical center I've ever been in. The receptionist and intake workers were beyond rude, poorly (if at all) trained, impatient, un professional, insufficient and abrupt. Nursing care was better. They were trained. Used there skills and efficient. I will not go back to this center under any circumstance. I do not recommend this facility."
"Prior to my wife's procedure, I explained that her body reacts abnormally more to medications than most people. The anesthesiologist said that was fine and that she would just take more time to recover. However, when she did not respond according to their throughput standards, they sent a woman to get her out the door quickly. She asked how my wife got along at home. When I tried to explain that her body is overly sensitive to medications and not eating, she scoffed at me. People in the medical profession need to know enough to understand that not everyone fits the cookie cutter timeline they have for each paying customer."
