"I now see Dr. Ahmed as my endocrinologist and she is wonderful. She listens to me, explains everything as we go and every time I call the office, their staff is wonderful and they are the same way when you are in the office for your appointment. I have Chronic Anxiety Disorder so going to the doctors isn't an easy task for me but they talk with you and you can feel the kindness and friendliness."

"I had a doctor's referral for this location for an issue I've had for a while. The secretary looked at my file and told me I was fine before she hung up on me. She told me I had no problems and can't make an appointment. Very unprofessional. I didn't know the secretaries can diagnose patients before the doctor can know there was even a patient."

"Zero Stars! My experience with the new doctor (Dr. Collins) who took over for Dr. Fadanelli was extremely bad! Dr. Fadanelli would never have done this! Im a patient of St John Endo's office for the past 8 years after having my thyroid gland removed (well, not any longer). I have been on the same medication for the past 8 years as well, with not changes ever. I called the office in March to schedule my annual appointment and THEY couldn't get me in until September. In July I called to let them know that I was going to run out of my thyroid medication and needed a small prescription to get me through until my appointment. The doc would not fill it because I was a "new" patient to her and she hadnt seen me yet. I could not believe it! They were going to let my health suffer without medication! I spoke with the office Manager and she was of no help. She told me to call my primary doc. or call back everyday to see if there is a cancellation to get in sooner. Again, they are the ones who couldn't get me in sooner! As for my primary doc, she has never filled this script for me in the past 8 years but they'd be able to do it and yet not Dr. Collins office for the past 8 years, so unbelievable!!!! I am flabbergasted that they can get away with this. I told them to cancel my appt. in September and that i would not be a patient of there's any longer. Needless to say my Primary docs office filled my script over a telehealth call that same day and I have not missed a day without my medication."

"My experience was horrible. I hope that you are never running behind for your appointment because this office treats patients horribly that are. Dr. Kurian was absolutely horrible to me for being a few minutes late for my appointment. She was completely unprofessional and should be re-instructed on respecting her patients, being understanding, and controlling her bad attitude. If I could give less than one star I would. They tend to treat people that are minorities differently at this location, so beware."

"Dr. Saadiah Ahmed is wonderful. She is very thorough! She asks way more questions about your medical history, symptoms, things that are going wrong with you and looks you in the eye and said of apps the laptop. She is delightful, compassionate and cares about your overall health. LaToya in the Lab department has the best. She's very genuine, likeable and has a great personality. You won't even feel the needle when she takes your blood!"
