"Came here today on 1/14/2024 asked to have a rapid Covid and a Covid send out to labcorp girl at the front desk saying my insurance won’t cover both but I know for a fact it will because I have went to several urgent cares and they have done every rapid test and a send out the same day and they have no idea what my insurance will cover. I asked to speak to the practice manager and she called her and Tammy said the same thing. They have no idea what they are doing. Seen the provider after waiting 30 minutes in the lobby for the PA to come in to saying oh since you guys are having symptoms you should’ve got the rapid instead of the send out . After we already got swabbed for the send out. The PA DID NOT DO A FULL WORK UP AKA listening my my lungs doing a full ent work up as stated in the practice laws of Michigan. Pretty sure I’m not the only one that’s been through this. The pictures below showing that stuff hasn’t been checked or changed out in months which is an osha violation it needs to be changed out every 30 days no matter how full. Have already talked to the MCHD and OSHA for medical personal and state of Michigan state boards of providers about this interaction and they are not allowed to tell any patient what is and what isn’t covered by insurance since they are not billing our know our insurance policy."

"I had a disappointing experience at this urgent care facility. The staff not only belittled my symptoms but also seemed more interested in why I didn’t mask my pain with medication. While I was more interested in listening to my body and addressing the root cause. I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and their approach lacked empathy and understanding. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine care and attention to your health concerns."
