"I understand the contract I signed and I paid the $75 no show fee. HOWEVER, I explained to them the circumstances due to extreme jet lag and I called them within an hour. It was my ONLY missed appointment and there is no leniency. It doesn't seem very conductive to mental health. However, they only expect accountability from the customer side. Someone from the Troy office scheduled me for appointments, and then I showed up to find that they didn't do their job. They make it very hard to hold THEM accountable: 1) Generic email address where people don't sign their names 2) They don't give their names when you call in. Management and front desk staff are severely lacking."

"I’ve been seen at Helios for both med management and therapy. My providers were awesome and I had 0 issues with them. It’s everything else about this place that made me go elsewhere for these services. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone and when I leave messages no one calls me back! I called 5 times before my meds ran out to get refills and they let me run out before I was finally able to get ahold of someone. Forget about scheduling an appt with a new provider. As mentioned before, no one answers the phone or voicemails. I’m trying everything I can to avoid hospitalization for my mental health and that includes finding new therapists and psychiatrists. I’m so sad to leave such a low review and to have to leave because like I said, I loved my providers here. Wish communication was better."

"Huge thank you to Kaitlyn for her extreme hard work this past Monday. Im in my 60s and filling out a bunch of paperwork is not high on my list of things to do but she was so patient with me while I was in their Troy offices. She even held their extra heavy door to the office open for me as I came and as I left. Exceptional work young lady we need more of you in this world. Hopefully the experience with the rest of the company is just as welcoming."

"I love Helios… Alex Wolfe has been there for me through thick and thin, always accommodating, and best of all when I was blind to my changes he was there to validate my changes and growth as a person.. and it wasn’t much longer after that I too started to notice. We also can forget the amazing support, knowledge, and superb listening skills of Scott Kristie who helps me manage all my medication. Who is also accommodating and understands all my needs for mental health; brain storming new directions for therapy and even going above and beyond by helping get accommodations with my work and home life. Thank you so much for all at the office too who are always kind and always make follow up phone calls."

"This place is AMAZING! From Kim K. answering the phone and helping me like No Other, and making me laugh (even if I'm frustrated), to Greg N. being the BEST PA ever!! Every therapist that I met or worked with here were genuinely some of the nicest, most caring people in the world. Never awkward or uncomfortable chatting with these guys! I am truly saddened that this office is no longer in my healthcare network. Actually I'm pretty upset about it! I will miss my people here!! Thank you for everything you've done for me over the past few years!"
