"Care of doctors is great. Staff at the Rochester Hills office is wonderful. My biggest complaints are the difficulty of getting through on the phone for scheduling appointments & my biggest issue, the long wait to see the doctor. At my last appointment, I waited 30 min past my appointment time before I was even taken to a room. Then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to be seen."

"This is a very professional and caring office. Dr. Knapp takes his time, listens, instructs and offers good advice. I have been a patient of this group for 40 years and delivered 4 children with them."

"Careless thoughtless and apathetic office. Mindless front desk staff and the physicians are cold, barely look at you and rush everything. I've had to call over 10 times in the summer to get a correct order for an ultrasound and by the time the order was finally put in again nearly a month later, it was still incorrect. It takes two weeks for a refill on birth control. If you call the office and asks what's taking so long, they say "oh they haven't replied yet." OBVIOUSLY. My insurance sucks and this is one of the only places in my area that I can be seen at. The second I get new insurance I will see literally ANYONE else outside of this useless office."

"Fast check in. Clean facility. Dr very pleasant. Just went for my annual exam. Very quick visit. Didn't have much to discuss with the doctor, but she did take the time to listen and addressed my concerns."

"Dr. Knapp is an excellent physician! He is very thorough. Your office visits are quick and short with him but, he takes time to listen while being very thorough/ addressing your health. I like that he cares enough to give you the stink eye if you missed an appointment lol . He truly cares about your well-being that’s why but he’s not patronizing or ill mannered towards you. He greets you with a smile and light hearted manner and ends the appointment with the same. He makes me feel at ease each appointment! I’m thankful to have such a skilled and knowledgeable physician/ OB /Surgeon . At the end of the day you want and need an excellent physician !The staff is very friendly in the Rochester Hills office especially the Medical Assistants. Thank you Dr. Knapp and staff!"
