"I am very grateful that Dr Małgorzata Sobilo and the Staff have been taking such good care of me since January 2021. I transferred my treatment from the Karmanos Oncology Institute and I am very happy about it. I feel blessed that Dr. Małgorzata Sobilo, Holly NP, Becky, Rebeca and all the nurses at Infusion take great care of me. Dr. Sobilo is my Angel."
""Many" serious controversies following very successful (delayed?) Godsent surgery from very recommended surgeon-oncologist Dr. Pugmire (also, many very serious controversies "after" surgeries in post-op @ hospital, "including with management"). RN Karen @ Chemo was treatment angel, as the support technicians (not Dr's (except one filling in) & RN's) in Radiation, hospital room RN's, hospital Dr(s) Alatassi, kidney Dr, ER Dr 9-7-2021, Dr Loniewski and "HER ENTIRE STAFF", and most hospital staff. Experienced, reported and did "NOT" get satisfactory results (except false accusation(!) put in my chart, which by law ALL patients are required to have access to, "WAS" clarified) @ Oncology, Chemotherapy & Radiation therapies with issues ranging from initial denial from RN (throughout entire day of one of the few they are in office) to ask Dr. to refill very important medication, coordination of another very important medication being ignored and seriously delayed from two other RN's-many calls unreturned for days(!), requested return telephone call from Dr (@ adequate phone communication for important treatment issues not being arranged, as Dr told me would be upon my reporting RN said not to use her "personal" cell phone after she used with me for 7 months-I thought was work phone (she did this following my trying to reason with her to not hinder my getting my meds refilled from Dr.-same RN revealed to be Dr.'s wife after 6 months of her assisting with my Dr. exams), also office staff told me other patients to direct calls to same RN "personal" phone-yet I was directed not to and office phones were "often" not working)-callback from Dr @ this denied per oncology staff, radiation Dr. denying me chart information-said cannot do as other patients info would show up, then printed on page (@1 day) for me, after I pointed out it is unlawful to deny patients their chart information-still did not receive rest of chart info, Dr. refused to give me RX for creme to help prevent infection @ chapped skin @ vulnerable foot area-said go to other Dr (even said to ask oncologist she referenced I was not scheduled to see for @ 3 months!!!), I got from other Dr at further expense of our health care system and myself, RN "complaining" to other RN that I am the "only one doing this" when I arranged with the Dr (who said he was going to tell her of my treatment schedule change-after she denied me) alternative treatment plan, that medicine info (given to me by same complaining RN) said can be talked over and chosen with Dr, and after I expressed reasons I felt necessary for doing with her, which were of great importance to my health, false accusation(s) of my calling for unimportant reasons when all of my calls had necessary relevance to my health, false accusation(s) of my not following through with getting blood work (followed by no apologies when clarified), RN scheduling "very important" appointment for me with other department and not informing me in reasonable time-or in considerate manner, UNNECESSARILY GRUFF AND CONDESCENDING COMMUNICATION-experienced many times. Also, if better information @ vitamins and "@ 50% increased protein" were to be shared before treatment(s) that can decrease immune system (as wound care Dr Loniewski @ hospital provides), could this prevent serious infection that may cause 11 day hospital stays and surgery? I sincerely hope that others can/will receive better treatment upon their cancer diagnosis."
"I would have given 5 stars if Dr. Pugmire was still there. I have heard horror stories about Facebook friends group about their cancer centers. I feel so blessed to have these professionals working with me in delivering chemotherapy. They are angels and all deserve raises. Especially Gab. Please bring back Dr. Pugmire to this location for all of the women who have Gynecological Cancer and have a much better chance of making it with a Gynecolic oncologist. He also had excellent robotic surgery skills. He and his staff were also such a blessing but now so far away. It was a perfect combination having them all in one building. For Woman fighting Gynecolical cancer, the less hassles they have to go thru during treatment, the better off they are. GET DR. PUGMIRE BACK OVER HERE PLEASE."
"Dr Chuba, Kim, Holly, Marcy and Jessica made my experience very pleasant. I looked forward to seeing them for each of my 25 treatments because they cared about me as a person. Treated me like family. They are true professionals and passionate about their job. I feel blessed to have been cared for by Dr. Chuba and his staff. Great Job!!"
"RADIATION ONCOLOGY DEPT patient satisfaction survey. This is monthly summary for JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2022. This information is provided by an employee of the radiation therapy department of our patients that finished a course of treatment in January and February and filled out a survey."
