"Highly, highly recommend Limitless Physical Therapy & Performance!! The entire team at Limitless are excellent and cannot thank them enough for the care they provided!! They made the difficult thoughts of going through physical therapy after having a shredded ankle tendon that was surgically repaired disappear. After consulting with Dr. Seth King I felt more comfortable about beginning my recovery and returning to my regular physical activities that I once enjoyed. Once I started the majority of my sessions were with Dr. Selina Paupert, although I did have sessions with Dr. Seth and Dr. Matt Zoelling as well. All three knew of my progression and I felt like it was a seamless transition when I had sessions with a different doctor. Throughout my sessions with Dr. Selina, she knew exactly how hard to push me to get the best results from me each session, without that comfort and push I feel I wouldn’t have the confidence in where I am today with my ankle. "Absolutely amazing staff. I heard about Limitless from a banner hanging at a baseball game and it was perfect timing. I had a pinched nerve in my neck causing minor pain but severe weakness on my right side. After approximately 5-6 visits with Selina and 1 with Seth, I had better range of motion and my strength back. The team at limitless truly cares about your injury, and listens to what is bothering you. Each visit they reevaluate to be sure they are working on the areas that benefit you most at your current stage of rehab/therapy. "We had a great experience at Limitless. My daughter was struggling with achilles pain. Seth talked us through some performance tests and took some videos to show us what he thought was happening. He walked my daughter through some strength exercises and was patient and helpful through the process. The videos that were shared through their portal were extremely helpful after our visit. She was back in action in just under a week and still performs those same exercises to keep strong and fit. We highly recommend Limitless and appreciate all they did to get my daughter back up to speed."
