"Their office staff is very rude and unwilling to answer questions. My family will not be returning to this practice, as their have been additional issues with past appointments."
"Dawn was fantastic. She spent time and listened while also engaging and asking questions. Really happy overall with her care."
"I had my first appt today to meet my new doc and establish as a new patient at this facility. The facility was nice, clean and comfortable. I was immediately checked in. My wait was maybe 5 mins until they brought me in. Once in the room, my health history and basic vitals were immediately collected. Followed by maybe a 5 minute wait until the doc came in. She collected a more extended health history. Addressed all my questions, physically examined me and we made a plan for some needed testing. I was not rushed out. I found each and every staff person that I interacted with to be professional and pleasant from check in to check out and everyone in between. How refreshing, my past experiences at other facilities were night and day in comparison."
"Dr. is wonderful. Receptionist staff is unfriendly and borderline rude. Had to call in after a visit with a mistake on my script. After several calls over a couple days and finally a request to speak directly to the doctor, I was lectured from a receptionist that I don't know as to why the doctor wasn't going to fix the script. Another words, nobody was EVER gonna call me and let me speak to my doctor. And, never call me to tell me this. So the receptionist goes on and on with me about what the doctor and I "talked about" at my last appointment and that she thinks the doctor isn't going to fix the script because I'm being referred to another doctor for my problem and my insurance might not pay......funny how this stranger knows so much about my private convo with the doctor and nobody has even spoke to me about why I'm calling??? After listening to a lecture from a STRANGER at the front desk, I very politely said, could you please ask my doctor to call me so I can talk to her? Her response was, very rude, "I'll tell the nurse". DON"T GO HERE. Too many 6-9 receptionist/cashiers and nobody calls you back, and apparently the discuss in great detail your private convo's with your doctor and decide you don't need a call back from them and you don't need a call back to inform you of anything."
"My doctor is OK, his personality is a little loudmouth-ish. I really like the nurse practitioner Monique, she is probably my favorite at the office. The office downfall and it's a big one, is that their staff is very rude. No matter if it's on the phone or in person, I feel like they need an attitude adjustment. They really make you feel like you are bothering them and that's unacceptable."
