"What a HORRIBLE experience going to this facility. I call to schedule an appointment and they say they only do walk ins. It took them nearly 3 HOURS to clear just 4 people that were ahead of me. After sitting there for 2 hrs, I get an email from MyChart saying "my appointment has been scheduled". So they basically go on MyChart and schedule an appointment for you right when you're about to be seen, just so they don't look like they have miserably long wait times. I finally see the nurse practitioner, I do a nose swab, it comes back negative for everything but she still insists I need a steroid shot in office. I told her no once, then twice, then the third time I had to raise my voice and take a strong tone before she got it through her head that I wasn't gonna take that steroid shot. She was acting like it was up to **her** and not me about what course of treatment I was going to take. Didn't take any medicine at all and my symptoms ended up clearing up all on their own with rest and lots of fluids. This woman needs to go through some training for bed side manner with patients. No way I will ever go back there. The doctor-patient trust has been broken."

"This place is awesome! The staff are kind and caring and truly listen. They go out of their way to make you comfortable under any circumstances. They are fast at actions to take care of you and go above and beyond thoroughly. I fell and needed stitches in my nose. NP Amy Martina used great skill at stitching up the mess. The nursing staff even held my hand which meant a lot when you're alone. Follow-up care consisted of a trip to the ER as I had a concussion and a broken nose and needed a CAT scan. Also, antibiotics were warranted. The ER doctor remarked what a "spot on" diagnosis and great care I had received at this Urgent Care facility. Also, my stitch job was surgeon quality and she could have not done better herself. I give this place 10 stars! There is no better place in the area I promise!"
