"My husband and I both had an appointment for yearly skin checks and it had been 3+ years since our last visit.The wait time was not an issue. However, my husband was never given a health update questionnaire and I was given one in the exam room and had to finish it after my exam, so they never knew any of the changes in my health or medications. We both saw the PA and the entire appointment was between 5-10 minutes. She was not personable and did not even attempt any personal conversation .When she reiterated that I need to be seen every year I explained I had other unexpected health issues the past 2 years and was focused on that. If she had taken the time to treat me like a person she would have known that before the exam. The assistant was more professional and friendly than the provider. My husband and I are dental health professionals and would have never treated our patients so coldly."
