"DR.WATT WILL LIE ON YOU . Saying you feel and need things you don’t . He never really listen and put a label on you very quick with 1-2 minutes calls. So far I like my experience with Jessica , however my psychiatrist on the other hand is very rude and never explained why he diagnosed me with certain things. As A Dr you have to have evidence to support a certain diagnosis. which I have found strangely odd the only things my dr can tell me Is because I said you have it ! Dr. Watts I would not recommend , you can’t be seen in person and phone call are usually 2 mins and normally about the medication you need , nothing on how your feeling . After asking him for a explanation he even told me to get a new dr because this is what you have . I really find him insensitive and honestly he disregard the mental state people are in , based on how he talk to them.He said I always agrue with him when In fact that’s the opposite of what I do . Me as a new patient everything is new to me and it’s important that I get and proper explanation when giving a diagnosis. He said I agrue with him last week about ADHD, which I found Strange because we never did a testing for that . I starting to think he getting his patient mix up . As dr.watt never really assess your feelings to even give you explanations on why he diagnose you with certain things. His exact words was because I told you that you have them. Even after I tried to express my feelings saying that the sign of BDP does not correlate with me . I never met somebody so rude and arrogant in my life. As a dr Im expecting more !and the last thing you do to a person at any mental state is add on to that . He does not care even when I express my concerns about the medication he got mad, I didn’t like how it was . I’m still giving the place room and opportunity to fix this situation but I don’t not appreciate the way I was talk to ."

"Honestly 1.5 stars. The therapists here are wonderful. They do cancel most of the appointments which is an inconvenience. I will say the front desk ladies are rude, disrespectful, ignorant and have no manors or care to show professional behavior at all. They pick and choose who they want to wear a mask. This place should cater to the comfort of parents and their children. Not discriminate and argue with them."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My entire experience with this place has been negative. My first support Cordinator constantly canceled our home visits. She wasn’t much help with information either. Our first speech and OT appointment they called 20 minutes before my appointment (which I waited a month to get) and told me their doctor never signed his script for OT and speech and they would have to reschedule our appointment for 2 weeks out. I showed up for the new appointment checked in and sat down. Myself and my son waited an hour before I finally got up and let them know I had arrived for my appointment a bit early but I have been waiting an hour. They then told me my appointment was not at their location they had scheduled my sons new appointment in Trenton an HOUR away from my home! They then called me an hour later and tried to schedule me another appointment in Trenton! I would NOT recommend starting therapy at this facility! Very unprofessional! Wasted 4 months of my time and my sons time!"

"Completely appalled at the fact that an establishment like this would do business/employ an unprofessional psychiatrist (DR. HON CHAN) such as this sorry excuse for a doctor. Look up his reviews. They’re terrible and rightfully so. He needs his license pulled, be reprimanded for his behavior and re-trained on empathy. He purposely makes his clients wait over an hour to see him or changes their appointments without notice and expects you to wait. He is condescending, rude and prejudice. You can tell by how he speaks to people. He has NO regard for other people’s time. I have NEVER in my entire existence witnessed such poor service and I even regret allowing him to take me out of character. I will be contacting the BBB like everyone else has mentioned on every site he has a poor rating on and I will also be filing a consumers complaint. Please, if you love yourself and/or loved one, DO NOT waste your time with this incompetent man. He does not care for others wellbeing. This is a FACT."

"I did call the Dearborn PsyGenics Clinic and I have never in my life been transferred, placed on hold so many times. Then when they did answer the phone, I was the inconvenience. Staff that just answers the phone with a "hello", Its a place of business, why wouldn't you state that? I told the "person" (because there was no name assigned to the voice), that I was giving their number from "Community Living Services" and I was looking for medication management for my child. Again, placed on hold. There has to be something better than this. This was not my first call to them either."
