"This review is for Dr. DiLorenzo. She is tops in her field and very ethical in every step of her work. Every doctor I have talked to recommends her highly, which made me happy as I found her several years ago and thought the same. In 2022 I had cataract surgery by her. She is part of a surgical group for this and the entire process is done at Truvista in Troy, Mi. Great care! Then, this year, 2023, I needed eyelift surgery and asked Dr. DiLorenzo about it. She said she does this at her office and she assists Dr. Black. I was thrilled it could be done right in her office. She walked me through the details. It was quick (20 minutes actual surgery time), painless and I felt I was getting the best care by Dr. Black, Dr. DiLorenzo and Shelly, staff assistant. All went well and I feel my vision was enhanced by this procedure. Highly recommend this practice! Suzanne Sanna"

"Highly recommend this place, I had a minor incident at work and was worried I might have something stuck in my eye. I called multiple other opthalmologist and none answered, except for Somerset Ophthalmology. They told me I could come right in. When I got there the everyone from the front desk to the ophthalmologist's helper to the ophthalmologist her self were incredibly kind and professional. They had me in and out in less than an hour and thankfully my eyes were ok. Will definitely come back to this place for all my future ocular needs!"

"This place is great. Amanda at the front desk is awesome. Super nice and personable and was able to get me in quickly and conveniently. Dr. Duvall was also great. Very knowledgeable, informative, and you could tell she truly cared. Didn’t feel rushed at all and had all my questions answered. She is definitely well-educated and experienced. I’ve heard great things about Dr. DiLorenzo as well but have not seen her personally. I’ll definitely be leaving my future eye care in the hands of Somerset Ophthalmology."

"If I could give a zero I would for the very unpleasant conversation I had with Leslie. I had to speak with a supervisor the very first time I ever called this place. Leslie was unprofessional, snippy, rude, nasty, has a bad attitude and appears to hate her job. This Leslie had the nerve to say "whatever" to me and talk very condescending to me after I mistakenly gave the name of my optical insurance instead of my medical insurance. I advised Leslie that I was on my computer (at time of call) looking up information on my optical insurance and mistakenly said my optical insurance instead of my medical insurance. I advise Leslie that I do not like her tone. I hung on unprofessional Leslie and called back and spoke with her supervisor. I will certainly NOT give this place any of my time and this business can thank Leslie for that. Duces!"

"Dr. D is great. Front office brisk and unhelpful. Reception room overcrowded. Billing person downright rude. Also switched appointment dates on me multiple times. Went to get new glasses and technician quoted me $650. I researched my coverage, and they said she was wrong. Tried to get her to contact insurance but she wouldn't, and then would not return calls. Got the glasses elsewhere for $250. I am leaving this practice."
