"Reading some of these reviews just make me smh. This place has been great to me for the last 2 years I've come. Yes they are normally packed and yes Dr Bunney is amazing but has to see a million people since it's a walk in, so don't come here expecting to be in and out or getting an hour with the doctor to hang out. If you need more personalized time etc, call a place that does appointments only. The staff and doctors do what they can with the high amount of people who flood in to help as many as they can and never have they been rude or mean to me. They are outstanding for the pressure they're under and have ALWAYS treated me kindly. I get my testosterone through here and do the shots at home...if I bring it into the office for them to administer, I fully expect to be charged a office fee. Their time and supplies aren't free. They could switch to appointment only and then all the people complaining can go to urgent care or the ER and have fun sitting there for hours. I'd rather come here and wait anyday than the ER."
