Don’t be afraid to request a different therapist if you happen to not connect with the one you are seeing. There are many choices."
"Horrible office staff. Charged my fathers credit card on file because I referred my brother to them and he’s a current patient. They never once sent me a bill just charged my fathers credit card. They won’t even contact Medicaid to submit it for reimbursement for me!! They are highly unethical and rude to boot. I will never return here. Beware of them and their outrageous fraudulent practices here. I will never return here again. I had to call them and say that I worked for the BBB just to get a call back. No apologies and I never gave them my fathers credit information. My brother however did give them it for his own initial therapy sessions."
