"I’ve had an awful experience with the mental health system my whole life. I’ve had many therapists. There are only two that stick out. Joni is one of them. She had the most gentle approach. She spoke with me, not at me, And she also spoke to me, so I wasn’t alone in the therapy. That was real therapy. My fears prevent me from doing a lot of things. Joni held phone conversations with me and really took her time to understand and remember. This lady is amazing and I wish I wasn’t so far away because I would love to have her as my therapist now. The experience I’m reviewing now was over 10 years ago and she made it so wonderful that now things are finally making sense that she was trying to tell me. Her care and love carried on to today when things get really hard, her words and her beautiful warm eyes still are so fresh. If you are so lucky to be with her, do it, don’t miss out on knowing such a beautiful person."
