"listen to the other bad reviews. these people love wasting your time, and are extremely unhelpful. they'll play phone tag with you for weeks, and when you finally get an email or text back from someone, they'll disappear within minutes and stop responding again. and if you keep trying to tell them that you'd still like an appointment to be set up, they'll ignore just you! great customer service!!"

"They waited over three months to tell me I have a balance. When questioned they told me an email was sent; that I DID NOT receive. Guess it’s not In practice to tell a pt they have a balance when scheduling the next appointment. Completely unacceptable to wait over 7 sessions to tell me I have a bill due of over $700. I understand it is based on insurance for prices but it is your responsibility to communicate your prices after verification. The communication is awful and unacceptable."

"should have read the reviews about the call center before making an appointment. took me multiple calls to even make an appointment. i had the appointment for weeks and then the day of, someone calls me to tell me that another patient has a standing appointment at the time i scheduled. i understand mixups happen, but wouldn’t you check the therapist’s schedule beforehand? more importantly, why would you wait until the day of my appointment to tell me? i could have been looking for a new therapist. wildly unprofessional. plus i already filled out all the forms with my personal information, including credit card info."

"AVOID!!! Therapist canceled our first appt and moved it another 2 weeks out. Showed up and waited 30 minutes. Called the office and was told the therapist is leaving the practice so the appointment was canceled. No phone call. Totally unprofessional. If I could bill them for wasting my time, I would. Now we have to start from square one when we could have already established a relationship with another therapist over the last SIX weeks!"
