"I wish i could give s zero to this clinic. Worst experience ever. The medical assistant had no idea what she was doing. She was taking blood pressure taking a long time till then my arms went on sleep. Arm was numb because she was taking long time to read the numbers. I am myself a ma but this is unacceptable from a ma at urgent care. She then cane to take swab which almost made me in lot of pain. She had zero experience taking the swabs. Very unprofessional. And then comes the doctor. Overal she was nice but when I complained about that i an having flu symptoms and she goes ok. I asked her for the test rsv, covid, flu. She didn’t ask me to get tested for strep throat. Which i am having problem now after visiting the next urgently care abd gaving the reports positive. Idk if she is a doctor she should suggest what tests needs to be done depending on symptoms. All she had was the copay. They are only a money business. I didn’t get treated well here. Please avoid this clinic if you have no idea about medical field. But i got a call from a lady for my test named Melissa. She helped me since i waited for 3-4 days to get my results. I told her that i have a baby and i need to know my results. Well! Ignore this clinic. Very unprofessional."

"This was a surreal experience. They wasted so much of my time knowing I had a sick child with me. And there was not a single patient there. A highly unqualified training student decided to act like a doctor and diagnosed an imaginary infection. I referred to her as doctor several times and she never ever corrected me. Claimed to see infection when there was none and had zero skills. Then she leaves and an actual np enters and we go through this again and that's when I was told she was supposed to introduce herself as a student. Why would you put a 4 year old child through this long and very inappropriate visit? I ended up refusing any testing and left. Had my child seen by an actual doctor the next day and yeah both of them were wrong about the illness. I will be reporting this to my insurance."
