"Initially liked it. Was able to get fast appointments. Staff was mostly friendly. Went to the ER for being sick and the doc said my pcp needed to run more labs. Came here for follow up was blown off and told just a sinus infection. Had to go to the ER again the next week who ran the extra labs that were needed and found out it was another infection - had to follow up with an HF specialist. When I came back here for a follow up they tried to give me un-needed meds that could have had negative effects. The HF doc said they were NOT necessary. Also not all staff wears gloves for blood draws. Ok for a basic patient care I think."

"I can sit here for days and days and that still wouldn’t be enough time to say ALL of the nice things I want to say about this Amazing clinic. All of the front desk ladies and I mean ALL including their manager Jessica and some other ladies that I don’t know their names oh and the pharmacist the older lady who’s is always so carrying and so personal and just amazing. Even the medical staff like the guys that check people in and the lab staff they are all so amazing and I do not mind driving an hour in traffic and God knows I hate traffic, just to make sure I get the proposer care . I had a doctor 5 minutes from my home and I will NEVER ever go anywhere else but Access Medical in Dearborn and access mental health. There is a lady name Reem at the mental health clinic who goes above and beyond to help ke and accommodate my son my husband and myself. So if anyone is reading this and is looking for great health care pleaser go to Access and let the amazing people make you feel like family and human beings. I have switched my husband and my son there. Thank you to all of the staff at both medical and mental health for taking great care of me and my family. "This clinic is very professional and the people that are serving/ volunteers are totally awesome ! I had gone for a walk in Covid 19 vaccine and from start to finish everything was done in 40 minutes. They are truly outstanding, every single one of them at Access ! Serving the community and the people of Michigan, the Access clinic have done a terrific job and needs to be recognized for the job well done !!
