"Second time calling this place. Spoke with “Miss Julie”, she was very abrupt with me, explained their computers were down. Her tone of her voice was rude and condescending. I let her know that and she hung up on me. It’s sad that someone in this line of work gives off an uncaring demeanor to their patients. “Miss Julie”, without your patients, you would not have a job."

"I had a great first time visit to this location! It's close to home. From the front office to the medical assistant everything went smoothly. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm very happy with my new cardiologist Dr. Perry. Excellent bedside manner and he is very thorough. I feel like my heart is in good hands at this location. I definitely recommend Michigan Heart at Trinity Health Canton, Michigan."

"Their website says they close at 5pm. My son's pediatrician said they close at 4:30. Michigan heart Livonia this me the canton location closes at 4:30. I drove 2 hours from work to home(to pick up soon) to canton and arrived to the office at 4:05. They refused to see him because they were closing early art 4:00. She said "there's a sign on the door, you'll have to come back tomorrow"! I'd rather slit my throat than step foot in Michigan Heart Canton again."
