"I came here yesterday evey time i come i have a misadventure. Appointments changed or canceled long wait times with an almost empty office. Someone gave out information either over the counter or by phone after i told them i have a stalker who works at a dealership and his friends. Today i have a man standing in back of me telling someone i am at the doctors office. Why? The doctor is good the staff ok not very patient. We get the job done i leave. Some clown in a new Volkswagen has blocked me in on an empty parking lot. Will not move. Why all the drama? Update My doctor fixed my teeth. I GOT MY SMILE BACK! Thanks a lot. It would be 5 stars except for that front office drama."

"Front desk Schedule my appointment months a head called me a day before my appointment to let me know. Doctor Johnson will not be in and now I have to wait for someone to cancel Because they don't have any appointments until December real nice"

"idk how the ratings are so high. i went in for an emergency appointment. they did x-rays and told me i needed a cleaning first but it would be months before they could clean my teeth. So they send me away with a mouth full of cavities, my wisdom teeth facing the rest of my teeth. lady says she’s gonna call me later to squeeze me in for the cleaning. no one calls to schedule the cleaning and no one returns any of my calls. Can’t reach them. just living with the pain. this place was amazing when i was a kid but things change and so does ownership i guess."

"They don't answer or return calls. I had a dental emergency and tried calling and left several messages. No one called me back. Had to go to my phyision for antibiotics. Poor reception skills in my opinion"

"Worst dentist I have ever been to in my short life. They botched my fillings and left a gap inbetween my molars that they never fixed, said I needed wisdom teeth removed then never did. After the pandemic had settled down I called for an appointment because my teeth they messed up began to rot and break, but I was sent to voicemail with no call back. I'm now in migraine inducing pain because of what they did and desperately searching for a halfway decent dentist. Stay away from this place if you value your teeth, I have half mind to sue for malpractice"
